MY NAME IS SAMANTHA ARSENAULT LIVINGSTONE.
I help athletes and other high performing humans step into the power of who they really are….
by supporting all of the parts that
make them whole.

In 2016, I founded Livingstone High Performance and the Whole Athlete Initiative (WAI) because I saw firsthand how the global mental health crisis was impacting adolescents and emerging adults. At LHP, we honor the whole athlete—melding brain-based coaching with body-based strategies that nurture the mind-body connection. We build meaningful support systems for individuals, teams, and organizations, uplifting mental health while boosting performance.
Yes, we can do both.
It's a profound honor to support others in pursuing their passion and overcoming the roadblocks that are keeping them stuck in order to live in alignment with their truest selves. Helping them learn how to become brave, mindful, resilient leaders. Helping them to cultivate self-trust - and a knowingness that they can do hard things.
The clients I work with are ready to release the grip of fear, overwhelm, self-doubt and comparison - and shed the weight of never-enoughness. They are ready to get back in the driver’s seat of their lives. To cultivate greatness while honoring their whole-selves. To live free, lead mindfully & rise through hard things.
My soul mission is to pay forward what I've learned along the way - about achievement, navigating darkness and rising from failure;
to inspire, empower and equip those who are ready for more with the skills and supports needed to achieve in a different way.
ARE YOU READY?
I'm the wife to my best friend, mother of four girls, a forever athlete, Olympic gold medalist, high-performance consultant, mental health educator, transformational speaker & survivor of so many things.
I know what it feels like to stand atop the highest of podiums.
And, I know what it feels like to struggle and push and tirelessly rail against the parts of me that felt broken.
I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and to be left to sift through the rubble that remains. I know what it feels like to fully surrender (read: surrendering is not waving a white flag + quitting) and anchor into what I can control.
And I know what it feels like to embrace the strength and courage and clarity that comes when we RISE again...
